Fast follow-up to #9185

Fixes the AI Logic provisioning to not update app's display name to project's display name. In general, we should fix the API implementation to not update existing app, it takes time to rollout.

Summary of Changes

Hello @TrCaM, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request addresses an issue in the AI Logic provisioning flow where the project's display name was erroneously used instead of the application's display name. The changes ensure that the correct application-specific display name is passed during the provisioning API call, enhancing the accuracy and consistency of AI Logic setup for individual applications.

Highlights

  • AI Logic Provisioning: The AI Logic provisioning process now correctly uses the application's display name instead of the project's display name when making API calls.
  • Interface and Function Updates: The AiLogicInfo interface and BaseProvisionAppOptions now include an optional displayName property. Functions like getAppOptions and actuate have been updated to handle and pass this displayName.
  • App Validation Refactor: The validateAppExists utility function has been refactored to use listFirebaseApps instead of getAppConfig, and it now returns the full AppMetadata object, which includes the displayName.
  • Test Coverage: Unit tests for AI Logic initialization and utility functions have been updated to reflect the new displayName handling and the refactored app validation logic.

Code Review

This pull request correctly fixes an issue where the project's display name was used for AI Logic provisioning instead of the app's display name. The changes are well-implemented across multiple files, including updating interfaces, modifying data flow to pass the app's display name, and adjusting the provisioning call. The tests have also been updated to cover the new logic. I have a couple of suggestions to improve code clarity and maintainability by simplifying some of the new and modified functions.

Code Review

This pull request correctly fixes an issue where AI Logic provisioning was overwriting the app's display name with the project's display name. The changes are well-implemented by passing the app's display name during provisioning and updating related functions and tests. I've included a couple of suggestions to improve code clarity and maintainability.
